Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinating and overseeing all operational activities assigned daily.
Responsible for oversight of associates dedicated to warehousing, receiving, and shipping.
Mentoring and training new and existing associates.
Overseeing and coordinating unloading of inbound shipments and outbound shipments.
Responsible for maintaining safety protocols and cleanliness of the warehouse.
Directing the operations of the warehouse work team to achieve productivity objectives.
Initiating actions to prevent non-conformities relating to product, process, and quality systems.

What you’ll need

Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
1 year experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
Able to operate MHE.
Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during the warmer and colder months can range from mild to moderate.
Satisfactory completion of a forklift training program.
