About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Further developing a large-scale logistics operation within an international multi-client environment
managing a warehouse operation of 45,000 m2 with 250 to 350 employees
leading, coaching and further developing supervisors and operational teams
monitoring KPI’s, productivity, quality, safety and customer agreements within a complex retail environment
initiating and leading improvement projects focused on further professionalising processes, teams and collaboration
working closely with customers, internal stakeholders and management to realise sustainable growth and high customer satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need

bachelor working and thinking level
management experience within warehousing or contract logistics
experience in managing larger operational teams within a dynamic logistics environment
knowledge of KPI management, Lean methodologies, process optimisation and WMS systems
strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
the ability to get teams moving
