Manager

• Direct the plant’s preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
• Build and maintain long-range maintenance plans
• Own the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Develop and execute the annual maintenance O&M and minor-capital budgets
• Plan, schedule, and execute scheduled outages and major inspections

Maintenance Manager

• Serve as the project and due diligence team lead for utility-scale renewable energy projects
• Lead cross-functional development and due diligence teams spanning engineering, land, environmental, permitting, interconnection, legal, finance, commercial, and external developers
• Provide concise, strategic updates to senior leadership regarding project needs, decisions, risks, and status
• Act as the central point of coordination for both internal and external stakeholders
• Identify issues, involve relevant stakeholders, and develop solutions collaboratively
• Manage and mentor junior developers on the team

Development Manager – Renewable Energy

• Play a critical leadership role in expanding renewable energy portfolio through sourcing, evaluation, and acquisition of solar, battery storage, and wind projects
• Lead the evaluation, structuring, negotiation, and execution of project acquisition transactions
• Oversee due diligence efforts, coordinating across technical, financial, environmental, permitting, and legal workstreams
• Drive internal investment committee approvals, presenting analysis and recommendations
• Build and maintain relationships with market participants to identify acquisition opportunities
• Partner with Development and Engineering teams to evaluate project feasibility and risks
• Mentor and guide junior team members within the acquisitions teams

Manager, Development Acquisitions – Renewable Energy

• Convert early-stage site control into financeable, construction-ready assets
• Own title, curative, survey, and site control activities across assigned projects
• Identify and resolve access constraints, crossings, easements, and third-party property rights
• Oversee lease and option administration, ensuring seamless execution
• Provide real-time visibility into real property readiness through clear reporting

Real Estate Manager – Renewable Energy

• Manage the construction (back office and site)
• Ensure the implementation and compliance of health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Coordinate with the PMO, Contract Managers, and relevant support functions for project activities
• Monitor the General Contractor’s and subcontractors’ adherence to health and safety policies
• Hold regular performance meetings with the on-site construction team
• Supervise the Site Manager and manage the General Contractor relationship
• Prepare and submit periodic reports to Senior Management
• Assist in developing contingency plans for project costs and schedule slippage
• Control project scope and scheduling
• Ensure environmental compliance during construction
