Senior Director, Procurement

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support utility-scale solar PV, BESS, and wind projects as a senior individual contributor within the U.S. Procurement organization
- Lead complex sourcing, tendering, and commercial negotiations across the full project lifecycle
- Partner closely with Engineering, Project Management, Business Development, Finance, Legal, and external suppliers
- Monitor fleet-wide data quality and performance trends, identifying data gaps
- Prepare and distribute recurring operational and performance reports for leadership
- Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes, reporting tools, and commercial standards based on lessons learned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- 7+ years of experience supporting capital projects in renewable energy, EPC, utility, IPP, or infrastructure environments
- Demonstrated experience supporting utility-scale solar PV, BESS, and or wind projects in the U.S.
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects and workstreams across cross-functional teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Willingness to travel as required and fluency in English.
