About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supporting utility-scale solar PV, BESS, and wind projects as a senior individual contributor within the U.S. Procurement organization.
Leading complex sourcing, tendering, and commercial negotiations across the full project lifecycle.
Partnering closely with Engineering, Project Management, Business Development, Finance, Legal, and external suppliers to deliver competitive, compliant, and risk-balanced procurement outcomes.
Leading the Procurement activities from the RFP to the contract execution for Solar (PV), BESS and Wind Projects in US.
Define and implement the Procurement Strategy for the Projects in collaboration with the Global EPC Lead and the Category Manager for the main equipment.
Monitoring supplier markets, pricing trends, lead times, and supply chain risks, and contributing to continuous improvement of procurement processes, reporting tools, and commercial standards based on lessons learned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or a related discipline, with 7+ years of experience supporting capital projects in renewable energy, EPC, utility, IPP, or infrastructure environments.
Demonstrated experience supporting utility-scale solar PV, BESS, and or wind projects in the U.S., including leading complex commercial negotiations with EPC, BOP, and HV contractors, and major equipment suppliers.
Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects and workstreams across cross-functional teams, with a strong understanding of CAPEX and OPEX drivers, total cost of ownership, and risk allocation.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across Engineering, Operations, Project Management, Finance, Legal, and site-level teams.
Willingness to travel as required and fluency in English.
