About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Manage service providers including O&M, LTSA, and SCADA
- Monitor plant performance and generate operational reports

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Energy) or equivalent professional experience
- 7+ years of experience in Renewable Energy focused on operations, asset management, or commissioning
- Ability to travel occasionally to renewable sites
- Demonstrate critical thinking and technical asset management skills
- Strong understanding of PPA, IA, LTSA, and EPC contracts
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Working knowledge of industry standards and best practices
