Senior Product Manager, Learner Platform Experience

• Lead teams comprised 1-2 layers of reports (total size from 30-300+ team members, direct reports 0-5)
• Own direct reports’ successful development, tracking to the Learning team's norms and values, and hold the quality bar across their programs
• Provide functional decision guardrails for staffing, budget, and program scope so roles in your stack can move without escalating
• Partner with the Senior Director of Learning on capacity planning and seasonal staffing
• Own end-to-end program delivery across formats, ensuring consistent execution at scale
• Fluently track course and curriculum intent, mapping it to real-time decisions for 1-3 layers of staff across various deployment terrains (large scale zoom, credit-bearing onsite, employer-sponsored, etc.)
• Intimately understand our data warehouse, admissions, and course completion tooling, to plan runs effectively, and build and lead interventions and modifications successfully
• Provide coherent, resonant, and inspiring leadership and directives on the above, for your managers, coordinators, and instructional staff
• Author playbooks, workflows, and run plans that enable teams to flexibly and consistently achieve outrageous learner success, at scale

• Work directly with Anthropic teams and other enterprise partners on deployment, tooling, and joint enterprise opportunities
• Build the platform that makes AI Corps repeatable at enterprise scale, covering partner onboarding, fellow matching and deployment, performance tracking, and the full partner lifecycle

• Design end-to-end user flows, navigation, and information architecture across the platform, and document them as wireframes and specifications engineers can build from
• Own CodePath's design system: the interaction patterns, components, and standards that keep the platform consistent
• Run lightweight product discovery. Talk to students, staff, and internal stakeholders to define what's needed, especially for platform areas and internal tools that no product manager owns
• Partner with product managers to turn prioritized initiatives into build-ready designs, and with engineers to resolve design questions as they build
• Direct a UI design contractor to extend your output
• Set and hold the bar for experience quality across the product

Senior Product Designer

QA Engineer

• Keep engineering projects organized and moving: track what's in flight, flag what's blocked, and help the team stay clear on what's next
• Own quality: test what we build, use AI to automate the repetitive parts, and write Capybara tests where they're worth it
• Run the bug pipeline: reproduce issues, prioritize them, route them to the right engineer, and confirm the fix
• Be the day-to-day connection between the engineers, the product team, and the internal teams who use our tools
• Work with us to determine when adding process or rituals might be useful, but being thoughtful about the cost and friction
