• Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process via SAP and e-commerce platforms, ensuring 100% data accuracy and fast turnaround.
• Serve as the primary point of contact across digital and voice channels, providing professional technical support and query resolution.
• Proactively monitor potential order failures and coordinate immediate solutions to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with Production, Planning, and Logistics teams to streamline the flow of goods to the customer.
• Drive the adoption of digital ordering tools and provide feedback for system enhancements.

Global Accounts Manager – Apparel

Controller

• Safety & Housekeeping
• Follow Company Health and Safety regulations.
• Ensure all accidents/incidents and near miss are immediately reported to shift supervisor and the dyelab manager
• Maintain high standards for housekeeping.
• Productivity/Quality
• Regularly checking, observing and guiding operators to ensure WIs and SOPs are implemented correctly & recording and reporting process variables in dyeing as format provided.
• Ensure all grey threads, dyes and chemicals ready at dyeing machines for next batches while current batches are running to deliver the consistency of LpMpD targets.
• Any delay in the preparation process should be immediately communicated to the relevant people.
• Monitor and coordinate with dyeing supervisors and engineering technicians to minimize the machine stoppage due to breakdown and all machine safety issues are immediately reported and taken actions.
• Cover for dispensing and dyeing operators during their break times.
• Other tasks as assigned by the lab management.

Process Controller, Lab

Mechanical Engineer

• Inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
• Reading repair manuals and liaising with other professionals.
• Writing up reports, safety regulations, and preventative maintenance plans
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits
• Use welding, hand cutting, and hand grinding machine
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems and corrective action
• Inspect electrical/mechanical systems for compliance

• Responsibility for Global Accounts Germany and Central European Region
• Primarily managing the Global Adidas and Puma accounts
• Develop the brands from the existing portfolio and identify new Thread opportunities
• Deliver Global Account (Adidas, Puma, and others) profitable sales and gross margin at or above plan level
• Identify, qualify and implement a new business development plan
• Partner and negotiate with internal departments (Customer Service, Group Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Product Management) and external customers
• Perform and analyse monthly sales audits to ensure all Global Account and sales for specified account
• Ensure global contracts, BOM specifications and agreements are being enforced at brand and contractor level
• Act as liaison between Coats’ source market teams and Global Account headquarters / offices
• Maintain up to date source country and contractor lists for each account
• Regularly monitor competitor activities and suggest new products or marketing activities to grow share
• Leverage technical expertise to drive sales and further promote Coats Global Offer
• Manage CRM data at the global brand level
• Prepare top line presentations for senior level executives (internal and external)
