About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the development, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of Procurement policies, procedures, and compliance standards across all Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities
- Conduct regular system, process, and compliance audits across Procurement operations
- Prepare and present compliance reports, audit findings, and management dashboards
- Support implementation and continuous improvement of Procurement policies, SOPs, and control checklists
- Conduct compliance awareness and training sessions
- Analyze P2P transactional data and assess control effectiveness
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Audit, or Compliance roles
- Experience with SAP, P2P processes, and audit frameworks
- Strong P2P process and compliance knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of relevant laws and standards
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
