About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure FIFO of dyed thread after dyed from all dyeing machines into drying machine to maintain WIP for finishing.
  • Follow safety policy & SOPs
  • Hydro Extractor process
  • Loading wet dyed thread into hydro extractor machine and make sure: Total cheese are balance in all spindle.
  • Select correct speed/time for Nylon/Polyester.
  • Drying: Total cheese of dyeing batches included sample cheese
  • Select correct drying program for Nylon/Polyester.
  • Make sure distance of cheeses are in limit that mention in SOP.
  • Maintain working place at good condition & practice 5S
