About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure FIFO of dyed thread after dyed from all dyeing machines into drying machine to maintain WIP for finishing.
- Follow safety policy & SOPs
- Hydro Extractor process
- Loading wet dyed thread into hydro extractor machine and make sure: Total cheese are balance in all spindle.
- Select correct speed/time for Nylon/Polyester.
- Drying: Total cheese of dyeing batches included sample cheese
- Select correct drying program for Nylon/Polyester.
- Make sure distance of cheeses are in limit that mention in SOP.
- Maintain working place at good condition & practice 5S
