About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide proficient training on job safety and quality system requirements to all new employees
- Recruit new male, female, and contract employees based on job requirements
- Design training manuals and conduct orientation programs
- Monitor employee performance through evaluations and discussions with managers
- Develop and maintain safe work practices in finishing areas in line with health and safety regulations
- Conduct employee testing and retraining as needed
