Sales

• Consult on strategic business initiatives that enhance the success and support sales roles
• Act as trusted advisor to sales leaders to identify opportunities, analyze business performance and create strategies to support
• Collaborate with enablement team and extended teams to align plans and priorities
• Deliver learning content that is engaging, predictive, & outcome focused, minimizing non-sales time, developing a curriculum & learning program in line with skills competency framework.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps and determine solutions.
• Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of training materials, continuously monitoring their impact, & refining as needed.
• Be the voice of the seller not only with third-party vendors but within the Enablement team and broader Marketing team, to design and develop curricula for effective learning experiences (including SKO), process and tool improvements, and propose feedback loop mechanisms
• Ensure frontline managers have the data insights, knowledge and skills to coach and drive team readiness.
• Monitor and regularly report on learning engagement, skill growth, program achievement and the business impact of learning initiatives.

Lead Sales Enablement Architect

• Lead the global vulnerability management program across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments
• Oversee design and governance of privileged identity and access programs across IT, cloud, and DevOps environments
• Define enterprise security architecture standards aligned with Zero Trust principles

Full-stack Engineer

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle for z/OS and Independent Software Vendor (ISV) products including installation, upgrades, and maintenance using SMP/E for multi-LPAR Sysplex environments
• Configure SMPE, order and install software, and perform software maintenance tasks
• Install software release upgrades using zOSMF dialogs and build software maintenance workflows
• Order software and create IBM problem tickets via IBM Support/ShopZ and research IBM software issues
• Install and configure new disk systems (DASD), perform storage management tasks, and configure NFS for IBM z/OS
• Configure HMC, HCD, server/device GENs and coordinate with teams to support upgrades and installations of new IBM Z hardware

Sales Operations Manager

• Senior Sales Ops Analyst is a key role working with different functions to maintain an efficient sales operations in the region for the Spotfire and Jaspersoft BUs.
• Lead Sales Operations function for Spotfire and Jaspersoft business Units in EMEA.
• Provide sales support for quote creation, complex carts, conversions, quote validation and approvals.
• Support regional sales leadership in forecasting and reporting.
• Work with regional sales leaders on initiatives to improve sales process.
• Assist and validate deals in line with Delegation of Authority and Corporate Guidelines on ARR growth.
• Identify and resolve issues/blockers in the quote/order form process working with cross department stake holders.
• Monitor sales hygiene in CRM and work with sales leaders to correct any errors.
