• Build SPEX TM list – targeting 50 companies two weeks after launch of agendas for local sales teams.
• Joining five calls per week with the SPEX team to promote selling in tandem.

• - Researching, presenting, and booking travel itineraries as per brief.

• - Booking taxis for travel and meetings.
• - Administration of travel expenses, reconciliation of credit cards, raising POs and invoices, setting up new suppliers per Directors’ instructions. Booking couriers and occasionally managing outgoing post.
• - Preparing Directors for meetings, including booking meeting rooms; arranging catering and refreshments; meeting and greeting external clients; preparing and collating copies of meeting materials, etc.

• Creating and managing the ICE marketing campaign plans - driving acquisition and retention in key segments to achieve our business goals across events and digital products.
• Effectively communicating and presenting the campaign plans, strategies, and updates throughout the event cycle to the team and stakeholders.
• Accountable for delivery of the global ICE campaign plans - effectively briefing, managing, and optimizing the output of the internal team and external resources (including agencies and freelancers).
• Working alongside the Senior Marketing & Engagement Manager, Strategic Markets (ICE & iGB)to ensure the delivery of our expanding and mature markets. Ultimate responsibility for the marketing plan and budget will sit with you.
• Writing and proofreading any copy for promotional materials - ensuring all brand and style guides are adhered to.
• Ensuring all promotional marketing materials created are tailored towards our key personas.
• You will have two campaign execs, but this is a hands-on role.
• Use business intelligence, customer feedback and insight to suggest and implement new campaign ideas.
• Owning all the ICE marketing reporting from weekly reporting of event KPIs, forecasts to post event reports that deliver insight, analysis and recommendations.
• Managing the ICE marketing budget.
• Identify key industry trends, innovations or technologies that can drive growth.
