Pricing Analyst

• - Analyze and respond to spot freight quote requests across FTL and cross-border lanes (US, Canada, Mexico)
• - Build competitive spot rates using market data, historical lane performance, and carrier cost inputs
• - Monitor margin performance on spot business and surface trends to sales and operations leadership
• - Maintain lane-level pricing benchmarks using TMS data and market rate tools (DAT, Truckstop, or similar)
• - Collaborate with carrier sales and account management to align spot pricing with available capacity

• Identify new business opportunities and constantly strive to maintain strong relationships with existing business accounts.
• Own the entire process, including research, org mapping, outreach, prospecting, discovery and lead qualification.
• Initiate outbound communication (email, phone, social media) to generate interest and qualify leads.
• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls daily to identify and engage prospective clients

• Manages the recruitment process for drivers and constantly maintain a pool of prospective candidates.
• Source, recruit, screen, and interview (phone and in-person) experienced driver candidates via cold calling, e-mail, computer databases, and Internet recruiting resources
• Cultivate and sustain a positive culture, quality performance, safe environment, and a positive, professional driver experience
• Be knowledgeable of local labor market, processes and policies which relate to drivers.
• Understand different licenses and documentation required while hiring CDL drivers out of different states in the US including OTR, Local as well as regional drivers

• Manage all liability, cargo, property damage, and personal injury claims arising from trucking and logistics operations.
• Conduct thorough investigations of incidents including evidence gathering, witness interviews, and review of driver logs, vehicle maintenance records, and dispatch documentation.
• Maintain detailed claims files with complete documentation throughout the lifecycle of each claim from first notice of loss through final resolution.
• Determine liability, assess damages, and make coverage decisions in accordance with policy terms and applicable regulations.
• Provide regular reporting to senior management and insurance carriers on claims status, trends, and financial exposure.
• Identify and pursue all viable subrogation opportunities to recover costs from responsible third parties.
• Evaluate each claim for subrogation potential including equipment failure, third-party negligence, warehouse damage, and shipper liability.
