Security Engineer

• Atender y gestionar de manera integral siniestros viales que involucren unidades de transporte pesado
• Acudir al lugar del siniestro para evaluar la situación, recabar información y asegurar el correcto manejo inicial del incidente
• Mantener comunicación constante y profesional con autoridades viales, cuerpos de emergencia y representantes legales
• Documentar de manera precisa los hechos y levantar reportes detallados de cada incidente
• Coordinar el traslado de las unidades siniestradas, asegurando el cumplimiento de los protocolos de seguridad
• Dar seguimiento administrativo a los siniestros: control de bitácoras, reportes internos, documentación oficial y coordinación con aseguradoras
• Proponer acciones correctivas y preventivas basadas en el análisis de los incidentes, en colaboración con el área de seguridad vial
• Capacitar y sensibilizar a los operadores en buenas prácticas de manejo, prevención de accidentes y cumplimiento normativo
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad vial nacionales e internacionales aplicables al transporte terrestre
• Generar reportes periódicos con indicadores de siniestralidad y análisis de causa raíz

Analista de Siniestros y Seguridad

Administrative Assistant

• Analizar y validar registros administrativos de los choferes (asistencia, documentación, incidencias de nómina)
• Brindar apoyo a conductores en relación con amenidades (regaderas, áreas de descanso, asignación de cuartos, etc.)
• Coordinar con los equipos de RH, Nómina y Operaciones para garantizar una atención oportuna a los choferes
• Elaborar reportes sobre métricas de conductores y cumplimiento administrativo
• Atender inquietudes de los choferes y actuar como enlace con las áreas internas
• Identificar áreas de mejora en los procesos administrativos para optimizar la experiencia del conductor

Account Manager

• Communicating with customers and responding to their queries (via phone, email or fax) in a professional and timely manner
• Track and Trace large volume of customer orders

• Prepare and prioritize work orders and schedule service appointments accordingly.
• Handle and respond to inbound calls for both internal and external repairs/ service.
• Assign service work orders to the mechanics and shop team.
• Review expense reports from mechanics and forward them to the Maintenance department for approval.
• Review all open service work orders in the system and ensure all the costs have been accounted for.
• Ensure accurate and real-time statuses on all work being performed in the shop.
• Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
• Inspect deliveries for incoming and outgoing items for accuracy, damage or discrepancies and report any issues to supervisor.
