• Identify, qualify, and close high-value brand partnerships utilizing your established industry network, personal prospecting, and targeted vertical strategies.

• Keep a sharp pulse on programmatic, digital video, and data measurement trends to position Channel Factory ahead of industry shifts.
• Travel regularly across the EMEA region to cultivate face-to-face relationships with top-tier advertisers and lead high-stakes presentations.

Business Development Director – Brand Partnerships, EMEA

Accounting Manager

• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing accounting team; foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and professional growth.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for US operations, including month-end close process, inter-company transactions, and financial reporting.
• Design, implement, and roll out scalable accounting policies, internal controls, and standard operating procedures to support a fast-growing, international footprint.
• Leverage NetSuite to its fullest potential, automating manual processes and scaling the system to support business growth.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, statutory local requirements, and tax regulations. Partner with the global finance team to support clean, efficient end-to-end audit processes.
• Partner with FP&A, Legal, and Revenue Operations teams to streamline business processes such as billing, optimize working capital, and support strategic corporate initiatives.

Senior Manager, Accounting

Digital Marketing

• Demonstrate the value of our products to new prospective clients while actively and accurately managing a prospective sales pipeline
• Lead existing relationships, educate, drive incremental growth, and build client trust on Channel Factory’s unique products

Senior Account Executive – Digital Marketing

Marketing

• Flawlessly create and launch video campaigns across multiple platforms, including and not limited to YouTube, Google Video Partners, Facebook, etc.
• Provide ongoing campaign management, ensuring optimal performance and delivery, constantly exceeding KPI expectations
• Troubleshoot pixels/tags, creative, and 3rd party vendors to ensure proper campaign execution
• Effectively work alongside fellow team members, 3rd party vendors, and clients to launch and optimize campaigns
• Act as the technical point of contact for internal teams and clients

• Assist in planning, launching, and managing paid social media campaigns aligned with client KPIs.
• Track campaign pacing and performance metrics daily, proactively identifying optimization opportunities to ensure budget delivery and ROI.
• Identify and escalate campaign performance or delivery issues, suggesting actionable solutions to improve outcomes.
• Support the Client Solutions team in managing an assigned portfolio of clients, focused on driving retention, growth, and overall satisfaction.
• Assist in preparing strategic proposals, targeting/audience lists, and material for regular client performance reviews.
• Communicate effectively across internal teams (including Programmatic, Data Solutions, Sales, and Analytics) to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing campaign alignment.

• Develop and execute the EMEA event marketing strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Own the full event lifecycle - from strategy through execution to post-event analysis.
• Set and manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple concurrent events.
