• Develop, implement, and manage compensation and benefits policies, programs, and procedures
• Oversee the design and administration of salary structures, incentive plans, and executive compensation
• Lead the evaluation and selection of health, dental, life insurance, retirement, and other benefit plans
• Monitor market trends and conduct benchmarking analyses to ensure competitiveness and compliance
• Advise senior management on compensation and benefits strategies, including recommendations for plan changes and enhancements
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to compensation and benefits
• Manage relationships with external vendors, brokers, and consultants
• Oversee the administration of stock option and long-term incentive plans
• Prepare and present reports on compensation and benefits metrics to leadership.
