Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones and teams
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data entry, updates, and reporting
- Prepare offer letters, initiate background checks, and manage pre-employment onboarding tasks
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition team members to support sourcing initiatives
- Assist with career fair planning, recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives
- Maintain compliance with recruiting policies and procedures
- Shadow and support recruiters in sourcing candidates
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 1–2 years of experience in Recruiting or Talent Acquisition
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with ATS or HRIS systems
