About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones and teams
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
  • Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data entry, updates, and reporting
  • Prepare offer letters, initiate background checks, and manage pre-employment onboarding tasks
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition team members to support sourcing initiatives
  • Assist with career fair planning, recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with recruiting policies and procedures
  • Shadow and support recruiters in sourcing candidates

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–2 years of experience in Recruiting or Talent Acquisition
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with ATS or HRIS systems
