• The Growth Marketing Manager will be the critical link between our digital marketing team and our technical and SEO-driven digital efforts.

Site Support Solutions Manager

• Serve as Care Access’s head of contracting, with oversight over global contracting strategy and the entire contracts ecosystem at Care Access.
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members responsible for all activities supporting commercial & clinical research contracts at Care Access.
• Lead and collaborate with Business Development, Finance, Regulatory, Compliance, and other groups to maintain and enforce proper controls and approvals are in place for all stages of the contracting lifecycle.
• Define and maintain contracting KPIs and KPIs on other measurable legal objectives; report on trends to General Counsel; identify and implement necessary process changes.
• Continuously develop and deploy effective strategies to strengthen efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance of the contracting process and legal services.
• Serve as an escalation point for the Care Access contracting team during negotiations.
• Draft and negotiate strategic or key contracts, including but not limited to customer master service agreements and clinical trial agreements.
• Partner with business, Finance, Legal, and Compliance colleagues to negotiate agreement terms.
• Ensure contracts are timely and properly drafted, reviewed, and routed for approvals and signatures based upon company policies.

• Maintain Care Access’s catalog of contract templates and oversee the contracting team’s administration of the contract management software (Ironclad).

• Sourcing Support: Partner with Talent Acquisition colleagues to identify sourcing needs for key and hard-to-fill roles across Care Access (e.g., clinical operations, regulatory, technology).
• Sourcing Strategy: Build, manage, and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, professional associations, and referral networks.
• PRN Workforce Recruiting: Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for PRN Workforce roles (phlebotomists and RNs), from intake through offer, leveraging insights from business leaders to identify top-fit talent. Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews with healthcare professionals to evaluate skills, credentials, and mission alignment.
• Maintain accurate candidate and pipeline data within the ATS (Greenhouse) and provide regular updates to the PRN Program Manager and Director, TA.
• Track recruiting metrics for sourcing efficiency, candidate quality, and PRN workforce growth.
• Partner with PRN Program leadership to forecast hiring needs and ensure staffing levels align with event volume.
• Support continuous improvement of PRN recruiting processes, including interview design, training, and credentialing workflows.
• Build and maintain relationships with certification schools, healthcare associations, and PRN job boards to strengthen candidate pipelines.
• Contribute to employer brand initiatives highlighting Care Access’ mission-driven PRN model.

Advisor, Talent Acquisition

Operations

• Site Operations Management - Assist with daily site activities acting as the primary point of contact for the site, ensuring appropriate staffing, training, and adherence to SOPs. Maintain compliant facilities and equipment.
• Leadership & Staff Development: Assist with training and mentoring research staff. Uphold professional development goals and foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.
• Work with Manager, Operational Excellence to ensure high staff morale and low turnover rates
• Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Promote strict adherence to ICH-GCP, FDA, and local regulations, while maintaining audit readiness across all studies.
• Assist Manager, Operational Excellence, Operational Compliance, and Quality Assurance Departments with all Care Quality and FDA audits
• Business Development: Support feasibility assessments through partnership with Manager, Operational Excellence to ensure timely responses to questionnaires, and scheduling of site qualification visits.

• The Senior Director, Quality will lead the development and execution of Care Access’s quality program across clinical, operational, and technology domains.
• This role is responsible for building and maintaining a risk-based, fit-for-purpose Quality Management System (QMS) that supports Care Access’s mission to accelerate clinical research and health services with innovation, integrity, and operational excellence.
• Operating at the intersection of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), technology, and health-related services, this leader will shape the vision for quality across the organization, balancing compliance requirements with practical, scalable solutions.
• The Senior Director will collaborate closely with Operational Compliance, Product, Privacy, IT, and other functional partners to embed quality by design across systems and workflows.
• This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both strategic foresight and tactical execution.

Senior Director, Quality

• Monitor and manage clinical staff training completion across multiple studies, ensuring alignment with study-specific and mandatory compliance requirements.
• Verify training accuracy and appropriateness for assigned roles during study start-up and transition phases.
• Ensure training records are consistently complete, current, and compliant with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and sponsor documentation standards.
• Provide guidance to internal teams and site staff on training requirements and timelines.
• Lead coordination of DOA matrix setup, review, and updates in alignment with protocol milestones.
• Confirm training compliance and role alignment for delegated tasks; flag gaps for resolution before study activation.
