Senior Specialist, Regulatory Operations

Payroll

• The Global Payroll Manager will oversee payroll operations across the Care Access business, with direct responsibility for U.S. and Canada payroll and oversight of international payroll delivered through a global vendor including support for additional countries as they are brought under the Care Access entity.
• This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing in a complex, multi-entity environment, while driving vendor performance, process consistency, and continuous improvement.
• The position partners closely with People, Finance, and external providers to deliver a seamless and scalable payroll experience for employees.

Global Payroll Manager

Manager

• Reporting to the Director of Study Feasibility & Clinical Partnerships, plays a critical role in identification, sourcing, qualification, onboarding, negotiation, and management of vendor relationships to support Care Access objectives.
• Review clinical protocols and other study documents to determine vendor scope and compatibility; translate protocol elements into vendor qualifications and study requirements.
• Identify potential vendors based on the requirements of the protocol and other study documents; conduct market research to assess vendor capabilities, pricing models, and risk factors.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize vendor contracts in collaboration with direct report, legal and finance teams. Track contract renewals, expirations, amendments, and compliance requirements.

Vendor Acquisition – Contracting Manager

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Oversee the day-to-day accounting activities and monitor the company's general ledger to ensure accurate and timely month-end close.
• Lead the ASC 606 revenue determinations and accounting treatments. Collaborate across teams to review revenue recognition policies based on contract reviews.
• Work closely with the Senior Director of Accounting to lead and complete annual external audits and tax filings.

• Apply best project management practices to capture requirements effectively, document decisions and discussions among stakeholders, enable communication to facilitate change management and key decision-making, and monitor performance of effort to meet time, cost, and scope expectations.
• Take the active role as techno-functional resource and support efforts around stack of products and operational (process) systems.

Technical Project Manager I

• Care Access Study Start Up Managers play a critical role in facilitating the start-up activities needed to select and activate studies at sites within Care Access
• This role supports the selection and start-up process for our sites by leading cross-functional groups across the global organization to complete successful pre-site visits and accelerate site activation
• This role will follow the Care Access study start-up processes in accordance with industry regulations, Care Access SOPs, and study-specific requirements
• Collect and interpret information from the Protocol, business development sold strategy & site feasibility team to prepare the site staff for site evaluation visits
• Oversee the execution of Site Activation, site activation strategy, adhering to project timelines
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Management Plan according to the Scope of Work and Project Plan
