About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver strong customer experience for both sites and patients by providing remote study support under the delegation of a PI.
Assess nutritional needs, promote healthy physical activity, and provide personalized Lifestyle Counseling.
Timely communications with internal teams, investigators, review boards, and study subjects.
Perform protocol mandated visits and provide Lifestyle Management Counseling.
Schedule study visits with study participants, within protocol window.
Perform patient diet, nutritional education, including the relationship between good eating habits.
Prepare documentation ahead of appointment; ensure study participant files and source documents are ready for their visit.
Attend remote, video assisted protocol visits.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 2 years of community nutrition experience.
Minimum 1 year Clinical Research experience.
Louisiana preferred Registered and/or Licensed Dietician required, from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ Accreditation Council for Education and Dietetics (ACEND).
BS in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related subject / MS preferred
Excellent working knowledge of medical and research terminology
Excellent working knowledge of federal regulations, good clinical practices (GCP)
Strong computer skills with demonstrated abilities using clinical trials database, IVR systems, electronic data capture, MS word and excel.
Critical thinker and problem solver
Spanish bilingual preferred
