About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, implement, and manage programs supporting health screenings and research studies
Perform comprehensive project evaluation, planning, timeline development, and analysis
Coordinate and manage project activities while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and ethical standards
Foster collaboration and communication among marketing, delivery, clinical, and external partners
Mentor and manage senior analysts
Lead the program team to ensure effective program delivery
Monitor and evaluate program performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness
Prepare reports to evaluate and track program performance
Address and resolve participant or program-related concerns
Continuously improve the program participant experience
Stay current with advancements in health and clinical research and integrate new knowledge into program development

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven track record of successfully managing and leading research programs
Understanding of clinical trials, methodology, and regulatory requirements
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, or equivalent) preferred
7 years of experience in clinical research or a related field
Ability to use keyboards and other computer equipment
Must be able to work remotely within the United States
