About the role

  • End-to-end ownership of the entire sales cycle from lead generation and pre-qualification to negotiation and final closing
  • Research potential new leads and use network to open accounts
  • Stay on top of developments in the carbon management industry to expand market base
  • Build trust with leads and customers and convert conversations into lasting relationships
  • Value-driven sales approach: listen, understand challenges and provide tailored solutions
  • Lead and hold presentations and demonstrations for potential clients
  • Navigate the complexity of Enterprise SaaS sales process efficiently
  • Build strategy to contact and acquire prospective clients via LinkedIn, phoning, emailing or in-person meetings
  • Work closely with Revenue department and align offerings with client needs
  • Maintain transparency on sales pipeline and update CRM system regularly
  • Establish cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product and Customer Success
  • Travel regularly to customers and company offices in Berlin and Munich
  • Join Carbmee team in Berlin or Munich and help large organizations reduce carbon emissions

Requirements

  • Extensive working experience in enterprise SaaS sales within the B2B tech environment
  • End-to-end ownership of the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Excellent listening, communication and presentation skills in English and German
  • Fluent German is a must-have requirement
  • Excellent negotiation skills and strong business acumen
  • Experience in B2B enterprise sales in manufactory, automotive, aerospace, construction, machinery, chemicals, or logistics (preferred)
  • Experience applying Land and Expand strategy
  • Clear understanding of the carbon emissions business; strong desire to support net-zero mission
  • Experience working in climate tech is a strong plus
  • Demonstrated success working with stakeholders to generate revenue and sales pipeline
  • Ability to collect and analyse market and competitor data to support Partnership strategy
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Self-motivation and ability to be motivated by targets, goals, OKRs/KPIs
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; ability to manage tasks and projects individually
  • Supportive team player; results-oriented and metrics-driven; able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel regularly to customers and offices in Berlin and Munich
  • Excited to join team in Berlin or Munich
