Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy aligning with business goals
Identify and target new business leads and sales opportunities; establish relationships and negotiate terms to onboard new clients
Manage a sales pipeline of high-value opportunities
Collaborate with OTC Desk, Marketing, Compliance, and Support Team to ensure onboarding, activation, and retention of clients
Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements
Use data and analytics to track and report on sales performance and make strategic recommendations
Participate in group presentations, webinars, and industry networking events
Follow up on and manage inbound enquiries
Onboard customers onto the OTC trading desk while observing regulatory obligations
Explore business growth avenues through social media and lead-generation channels with Marketing support
Requirements
A genuine passion for crypto and the ability to quickly build on existing knowledge of the crypto ecosystem
Ideally, a minimum of 2-3 years of B2B sales and business development experience from a financial services, payments or investment background
Ability to demonstrate previous success in managing client-facing roles
Ability to manage a sales process through entire sales cycle: qualification, contract negotiation, closing
Ability to plan, execute, and evaluate sales and marketing events, including managing budgets, negotiating with vendors, coordinating logistics, and assessing ROI
Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, ability to engage with key stakeholders at all levels
Willingness to engage in outbound sales initiatives and a flair for presenting
Exceptional communication skills
