• Host online trainings and webinars, sometimes with large supplier groups (100+ people), and handle live Q&A
• Create and maintain clear, useful supplier-facing resources: guides, manuals, and training materials
• Take ownership of your workstreams and improve processes independently after initial onboarding
• Use Excel to support data analysis, reporting, and process integration
• Collect and evaluate supplier feedback to identify improvement opportunities and raise the overall experience

Solutions Engineer

• Own the end-to-end implementation process, guiding customers through a seamless onboarding journey and ensuring a successful integration of data into Carbmee’s platform.
• Analyze data from customers’ ERP systems, collaborating with stakeholders to understand their processes and guide data integration.
• Handle data transformations and imports, ensuring customer datasets meet Carbmee’s requirements while providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Implement initial datasets and data change requests in the carbmee EIS software.
• Develop and manage structured project plans, outlining key milestones, dependencies, and deliverables while coordinating closely with all stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
• Use and build scripts and tools needed for the customer journey.
• Provide hands-on support to customers, troubleshooting technical issues proactively and ensuring a smooth adoption of Carbmee’s platform.
• Technical Consulting including continuously optimizing implementation workflows, identifying opportunities for scalability, automation, and improved efficiency.
• Communicate needs for data tools to Data Engineers to make sure you always have the best-fitting tools for the job.
