• Serve as the team’s sourcing expert, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and creative direct-sourcing techniques to build and maintain deep pipelines of both active and passive candidates

• Provide coordination of planning for contractors, and craft activities on a utility scale solar site.
