About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the management of CEE transport operations, from sourcing to value realization
- Ensure compliance, production quality, and operational performance
- Assist the Operational Manager in day-to-day activity management and coordination of operations
- Deploy and monitor performance indicators, analyze results and contribute to the implementation of associated action plans
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Engineering, Business, Data, Management, or equivalent
- Proven experience in operational management, activity coordination, continuous improvement, or data analysis
- Minimum of 2 years' experience preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and digital tools
