About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will work with our partners and beneficiaries within the framework of the Energy Savings Certificates (CEE) schemes in the transport sector.
  • Your mission is to ensure compliance and processing of CEE files.
  • Support and train partners on procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Verify the compliance of CEE operations (eligibility checks, requests for regularization, analysis of control reports).
  • Process and archive incoming files (paper and electronic formats).
  • Maintain a telephone hotline to answer partners' questions and assist them through the user journey.
  • Produce reports for partners and the manager.
  • Participate in CRM software testing.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma to a two-year post-secondary qualification (Bac to Bac+2) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a similar role in administrative management, compliance or logistics.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage administrative files effectively and meet processing deadlines.
  • Proficient with computer tools.
  • Experience using CRM systems and management software to optimize file tracking.
  • Strong teaching and coaching skills.
  • Ability to support and train partners clearly and professionally.
  • Autonomous and able to work independently.
  • Proactive and able to take initiative in managing assigned tasks.
