About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee CEE transport operations
- Manage and support the Production team
- Drive operational activity and ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate with commercial and technical teams
- Manage key-account clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Implement performance indicators and corrective action plans
- Monthly travel to meet with internal and external clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Engineering or from a Business School, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in team management and operational leadership
- Valid driver’s license (Category B) required
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong management and data analysis skills
