About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide coordination of planning for contractors, and craft activities on a utility scale solar site.
- Develop and enhance relationships by providing superior service.
- Ensure all records required from the Quality Management system are controlled, maintained, and provide evidence of conformance with project requirements.
- Review and be familiar with the mechanical job specifications, drawings, and the submittals, which will outline the quality requirements.
- Make daily inspections of the work in progress and maintain very accurate records of these inspections.
- Witness mechanical benchmarks as required by the contract and the job specifications.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with BIM360, Procore, or other project management software a plus.
- Experience with document storage systems, Bluebeam, Adobe
- Able to read drawings and develop/implement inspection templates
