About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure the compliance and processing of CEE files
  • Verify the compliance of CEE operations (admissibility, requests for regularization, analysis of inspection/control reports)
  • Process and archive received files (paper and electronic formats)
  • Provide telephone support/helpline to answer partners' questions
  • Support and train partners on procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Produce reports for partners and the manager
  • Participate in system testing on the CRM.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Secondary school diploma (Baccalauréat) to two years of higher education (Bac+2) or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a similar role in administrative management, compliance, or logistics
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage administrative files efficiently and meet processing deadlines
  • Proficient with IT tools (CRM and management software)
  • Strong training and coaching skills
  • Ability to work independently
