Commercial Account Manager, Dutch Speaking

• Lead and manage all aspects of the company’s tax function, including compliance for both income and non-income taxes, planning and forecasting, tax provision, and strategy.
• Manage the coordination, review, and completion of federal and state income tax filings and related analysis and support, including those required for international subsidiaries, partnerships (IRS Form 1065), Schedule K-1s, and other required filings.
• Responsible for accounting for income taxes in the U.S. and international subsidiaries; manages the preparation of quarterly and annual tax provision and reviews individual company tax provisions prepared by tax staff, both internal and external; performs top level consolidation and review; prepares footnote disclosures included in annual financial statements and stand-alone annual statutory reports; ensures that appropriate internal controls are in place over accounting for income taxes.
• Manage the preparation and review of tax provisions, disclosures, and related tax footnotes for quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Effectively manage sales & use and property tax functions.
