• Provide coaching and guidance to the Technical Account Manager team to deliver technical expertise and account management skills, serving as the main Boomi technical contact for assigned accounts.
• Manage the strategic assignment and resourcing of Technical Account Managers across all customer accounts in the North American region to ensure optimal coverage and service delivery.

• Create technical roadmaps that align our product capabilities with the customer’s long-term data strategy (e.g., Data Mesh, Data Lakehouse, or Modern Data Stack).

• Be a key member of an Agile team, collaboratively realizing features through the software development lifecycle
• Be responsible for ensuring all aspects of testing are conducted including functional, load/performance, and security testing to name a few
• Participate in design, development, testing, and deployment of Boomi products and services including enhancements and/or resolution of any issues that may be reported
• Investigate and resolve complex customer issues

• Design, implement, and test specialized security controls to protect AI models and data pipelines from adversarial attacks such as poisoning and evasion.

• Prepare Forma.ai load files with the quotas, commission rates, and other key information for all incentive-eligible personnel on a monthly basis.
• Develop, implement, and review key KPIs and metrics that are the lifeblood of our growth.
• Manage the day-to-day administration of the plan distribution application, and process to ensure accurate distribution and timely acceptance of plan documents.
• Work cross-functionally to develop and implement compensation programs to motivate our top-notch sales talent.
• Manage impacts to New Hire, terminations, promotions, and transfer employee compensation data into Forma.ai. Ensure system maintenance and compensation adjustments are performed appropriately according to plan rules and provisions.
