About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Grow and expand existing customer accounts by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding customers on how Boomi can further support their business goals.
  • Use consultative selling techniques to design tailored solutions that address customers’ evolving challenges.
  • Develop and execute account plans to meet growth targets and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Engage cross-functional teams, including customer success, solutions consulting, and marketing to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
  • Analyze account performance and market trends to proactively address customer needs and risks.
  • Accurately forecast renewals and expansion revenue while tracking key performance metrics.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in relationship-based account management or sales experience, ideally within SaaS, cloud, or integration solutions.
  • Strong Dutch, native level and English communication skills (additional European languages are a plus).
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies (preferred).
  • A customer-first mindset, strong business acumen, and a passion for driving growth within existing accounts.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
