About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own enterprise outbound pipeline generation for accounts across the META region, with outbound as the primary motion.
- Engage senior stakeholders in conversations around integration, automation, and AI challenges.
- Partner with Account Executives on account planning, prospect mapping, and strategic outbound execution.
- Work closely with Boomi’s partner ecosystem to identify, qualify, and progress partner-sourced opportunities.
- Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and account data within Salesforce.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly quotas for sales-qualified opportunities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–2 years of experience in sales development (SDR/BDR), business development, or early-stage account executive roles.
- Background in SaaS, software, or IT services is a plus; strong B2B experience from other industries is also welcome.
- Fluent in Arabic and Professional Competence in English. Speaking Turkish, alongside these 2 languages is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Proven interest or early success in outbound, account-based sales motions.
- Consultative, business-oriented mindset with curiosity about enterprise IT and digital transformation.
- Growth mindset, resilience, and ownership mentality in a fast-paced, international environment.
