Inbound Business Development Representative

Product Manager

• Own the product vision and outcomes for Bonterra's impact data product and AI-powered case management capabilities, with end-to-end accountability from discovery through delivery, adoption, and measurable business impact.
• Partner deeply with platform and AI agent teams to develop shared understanding of how social good organizations structure and operate their programs, turning that knowledge into smarter systems and automated workflows.
• Define and build the impact data product: a structured, extensible data layer that captures what happened, relative to goals, over time, and makes that data usable for grant reporting, fundraising, and cross-product integration.
• Lead the development of AI-powered case agents that reduce manual burden for direct service staff, surface the right information at the right moment, and make complex program workflows feel effortless.
• Drive integrations between the impact data product and other Bonterra products, enabling use cases like surfacing real-time impact context inside donor emails, volunteer engagement flows, and CSR program reporting.

Senior Product Manager

• Proactively reach out to nonprofit organizations via phone, email, and social channels
• Use thoughtful questioning to identify gaps in fundraising processes
• Determine whether there is a legitimate problem, timeline, and willingness to explore change
• Book well-qualified conversations for Account Executives
• Take ownership of a vertical or territory and build a sustainable pipeline

Outbound Business Development Representative

Solutions Engineer

• Provide technical and subject matter expertise to NGP VAN revenue organization
• Work with sales teams to position success paths for prospects and customers
• Proactively scope and design technical and business solutions
• Assist sales teams with research and provide recommendations for future sales opportunities
• Develop customized presentations, demonstrations, and prototypes
• Create content for and lead enablement sessions with the revenue organization

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead the annual operating plan process and quarterly reforecast cycles by establishing timelines, coordinating cross-functional inputs, consolidating financial models, and presenting results to executive leadership and the Board
• Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly financial projections, including revenue, expense, cash flow, and headcount forecasts, to support timely and accurate decision-making
• Administer enterprise financial reporting processes by preparing management dashboards, variance analyses, KPI reporting, and Board-ready materials on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and root causes, and present findings with clear recommendations to functional leaders

Director, FP&A

• Define and evolve a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to Bonterra’s mission and business objectives.
• Own and be accountable for product outcomes, including adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue impact.
• Partner with Design, Engineering, and Research to run continuous discovery, including customer interviews, usability testing, data analysis, and experimentation.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to define solutions, scope work, and deliver iteratively.
• Define and monitor key product metrics; use qualitative and quantitative data to guide prioritization and iteration.
• Lead product launches in partnership with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, ensuring strong positioning and enablement.

Lead Product Manager

• Support the development and refinement of clear, value-driven product messaging that differentiates Bonterra in the social good market
• Contribute to product narratives, messaging frameworks, and launch materials
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure messaging is consistent, usable, and aligned with customer needs
• Assist in building and maintaining buyer personas through customer interviews, surveys, and internal research
• Analyze customer feedback, win/loss insights, and market trends to inform messaging and go-to-market decisions
• Help validate positioning by testing messaging with customers and internal stakeholders
• Partner with senior team members to support packaging and pricing initiatives
• Assist with survey design and synthesis of findings
• Help document and communicate packaging and pricing changes to internal teams

Product Marketing Manager

• The Solutions Architect is a customer-facing technical team member who designs and communicates scalable solutions across Bonterra’s social impact technology platforms
• This role partners closely with Sales to support opportunities by aiding in discovery, architecting solutions that reflect real-world nonprofit, public sector, and corporate social responsibility workflows, and delivering compelling, outcomes-driven demonstrations
• Aid in technical discovery to understand customer programs, compliance requirements, reporting obligations, and operational constraints
• Design end-to-end solutions leveraging Bonterra products, configuration options, data models, and integrations
• Translate customer requirements into clear, defensible solution designs aligned to Bonterra best practices
• Identify risks, assumptions, and gaps early — and surface them proactively to Sales and stakeholders
• Deliver tailored demonstrations of Bonterra products and solutions based on customer use cases
• Adjust messaging and depth for different audiences, including program staff, compliance teams, IT, and executive sponsors
• Confidently address technical objections
• Partner with Account Executives to shape deal strategy, solution approach, and win themes
• Support RFP responses, technical narratives, and solution sections with accuracy and clarity
• Help qualify opportunities by assessing product fit, complexity, and implementation readiness
• Partner with Implementation and Customer Success to ensure solution designs are deliverable and supportable
• Provide structured feedback to Product based on recurring customer needs and market patterns
• Contribute to internal solution templates, demo assets, and reusable architectures

• Lead in-person trainings and workshops for campaigns and organizations using NGP VAN

• Understand client goals and tailor trainings to their programmatic needs
