Key responsibilities & impact

Draft, edit, and publish basic help center content and release notes

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of experience in writing, editing, or documentation support
Experience with help centers, customer support content, or SaaS product writing
Exposure to union clients or political campaign environments highly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field (preferred)
