Key responsibilities & impact

Build and lead the Corporate Giving engineering organization
Recruit, develop, and retain engineering talent
Contribute directly to technical work
Own the technical direction for Corporate Giving
Lead the migration from the legacy disbursement platform
Maintain the technical depth needed to evaluate architectural decisions
Own delivery outcomes across the domain
Partner with Product, Customer Success, and enterprise clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

12+ years of professional software engineering experience
5+ years in engineering leadership at Director level or equivalent
Experience building and scaling multi-team engineering organizations
Ability to own or co-own a product roadmap alongside product leadership
Deep technical credibility
Familiarity with TypeScript/Node.js and AWS serverless infrastructure
Experience with compliance programs at scale (SOC 2, PCI-DSS, or equivalent)
AI-first mindset
Strong communication skills
