• Supports the Senior Director of Project Controls and works collaboratively with the Director of Scheduling in leading the project controls function across all projects.
• Provides leadership and oversight for cost management, earned value management, forecasting, change management, and project management fundamentals.
• Ensures consistency and accuracy in project controls practices across business units.
• Drives continuous improvement in systems, tools, and processes to enhance project performance and reporting.
• Provides leadership and mentorship to project controls team members to support successful project delivery.

Director – Project Controls

AI Engineer

• Supports the development and deployment of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions
• Builds, tests, and deploys components of AI/ML models and applications
• Implements components of MLOps workflows including data pipelines, packaging, versioning, monitoring, and model retraining
• Collaborates with IT and data teams to ensure AI solutions follow security, integration, and performance requirements.
• Breaks down requirements into well-defined technical tasks and contributes implementation-level input during design reviews.

Vice President

• Establish and execute the strategy for Blattner’s data center division, including market positioning, service offerings, geographic expansion, and growth targets.
• Demonstrates strategic leadership, manages complexity, and drives collaboration across the enterprise to advance Blattner’s basics, values, mission, and desired end states.
• Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data center clients, developers, and partners.
• Build and lead a data center construction organization, including preconstruction, project management, field operations, quality, safety, and commissioning coordination.
• Oversee delivery of large-scale, mission-critical data center projects.
• Ensure rigorous cost control, schedule certainty, risk management, and change management practices tailored to data center construction.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier leadership and technical talent with deep data center experience while reinforcing Blattner’s culture and commitment to excellence.
• Partner with finance, legal, and risk teams to structure contracts, manage exposure, and ensure disciplined execution of complex delivery models.
• Own division-level P&L performance, forecasting, and margin accountability for the data center construction business.
• Champion a world-class safety culture, ensuring compliance with all regulatory, client, and company standards.
• Ensure quality systems meet the high reliability and uptime requirements of mission-critical facilities.
• Promote innovation in construction methods, prefabrication, modularization, and commissioning readiness.

Vice President – Data Center Construction

Learning and Development

• Works with Talent Development teams and business leaders to provide knowledge to create, develop and design the implementation of training programs that support Blattner’s overall business culture and strategy using adult learning principles.
• Explains facts, policies and practices related to job area.
• Responsible for using the Instructional Design process to identify the performance, skills and knowledge gaps in the organization and closing the gaps by creating effective training programs for the organization.
• Creates appropriate training content based on input from stakeholders.
• Applies knowledge of adult learning theory to identify appropriate training methods based on learning styles, course content, and audience location.
• Plans Instructional Design projects.
• Develops metrics to assess current training programs followed by using those metrics, test results, and supervisor feedback to improve training programs.
• Develops and implements a maintenance plan to ensure training programs remain current.
• Serves as a training associate to all departments across the organization.
