About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for designing, executing, and evaluating technical and craft training programs.
- Serve as a performance partner to Operations, translating capability gaps into targeted interventions.
- Build systems to support craft development and help Operations own outcomes.
- Partner with field leaders to identify crew capability gaps and develop training responses.
- Verifying that interventions translate into measurable performance and report results in operational terms.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in construction, safety, training; or equivalent combinations of education and/or related field experience required.
- 7 or more years of related experience in field-based technical instruction, craft training, or instructor development.
- 3 or more years of experience supervising and directing people and other resources.
- Ability to travel up to 50% as business needs require.
- Working knowledge of apprenticeship program standards and instructor certification requirements.
