About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for designing, executing, and evaluating technical and craft training programs.
Serve as a performance partner to Operations, translating capability gaps into targeted interventions.
Build systems to support craft development and help Operations own outcomes.
Partner with field leaders to identify crew capability gaps and develop training responses.
Verifying that interventions translate into measurable performance and report results in operational terms.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in construction, safety, training; or equivalent combinations of education and/or related field experience required.
7 or more years of related experience in field-based technical instruction, craft training, or instructor development.
3 or more years of experience supervising and directing people and other resources.
Ability to travel up to 50% as business needs require.
Working knowledge of apprenticeship program standards and instructor certification requirements.
