About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a recognized technical leader driving design quality, consistency, and innovation across concurrent utility-scale renewable and gas generation projects
Providing technical direction and mentorship to Project Engineers, Engineer I/II Staff, and CAD Designers
Collaborating with Owners, Internal Engineering Teams, and Engineer-of-Record teams on submittal milestones and review timelines
Supporting cross-department standards and initiatives.
Ensuring designs are safe, code-compliant, constructible, cost-effective, and aligned with project and Owner requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Seven or more years of progressive engineering and/or engineering supervisory experience in a related energy or construction industry (e.g., civil/structural, electrical, industrial, utilities, or power generation)
Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited college required, or relevant equivalent industry experience.
Professional Engineering (PE) license or master’s degree in engineering is required.
