Account Manager

• Promote and sell Bio-Techne solutions and products to academic, biotech, CRO, and industrial customers.
• Define and deploy prospecting and customer retention initiatives.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct commercial negotiations at all levels (end users, procurement, senior management).
• Ensure high-quality preparation of technical documentation, pricing, and contract execution.
• Build and maintain strong, professional, and long-term customer relationships.
• Implement sales and marketing plans aligned with customer expectations and company strategy.
• Manage customer complaints and service issues effectively.
• Develop and execute a structured prospecting plan based on market and customer analysis.
• Provide weekly and monthly sales forecasts.
• Conduct market analysis and monitor key customer accounts to identify growth opportunities.

Field Engineer

• Perform installations, qualifications and preventive maintenance on complex electro-mechanical scientific instruments in a laboratory environment.
• Maintain effective communication with customers to ensure efficient service.
• Prepare samples for instrument testing and complete service protocols that meet cGMP documentation requirements.
• Manage and schedule customer appointments with direct supervision.
• Submit service reports to clients and accurately enter data into CRM software.
• Manage personal inventory for field support and cost management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Field Applications and Technical Support Teams to support pre and post sales inquiries.

Field Service Technician

• Achieve sales targets by applying a consultative, value-based selling approach
• Spend approximately 75% of time in the field, directly engaging with customers
• Develop and implement strategic territory plans to grow market share and maximize customer success
• Manage and grow existing accounts while prospecting for new opportunities within the biopharma and pharmaceutical sectors
• Provide product demonstrations and technical presentations to scientists and key decision-makers
• Coordinate closely with internal cross-functional teams to deliver a unified and superior customer experience
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity pipelines and forecasts using Salesforce.com
• Represent Bio-Techne’s values and solutions at trade shows, vendor shows, and customer sites

Biologics Sales Specialist

Graphics Designer

• Create dynamic designs for web, email, social, digital presentations, digital literature, tradeshow experiences and wireframes, and prototypes using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Incorporate micro-interactions, motion concepts, and interactive behaviors into design solutions where appropriate (UI animations, transitions, hover states, simple Lottie/GIF-style assets)
• Translate brand systems into flexible, scalable digital experiences that feel modern and engaging
• Act as a primary creative partner to the UI/UX team, participating in regular syncs, reviews, and working sessions
• Bridge creative, technical, and strategic needs by translating vision into scalable execution - documenting best practice and informally training designers on new processes, tools, or design system updates
• Help evolve and improve cross-functional workflows, ensuring handoffs between Creative, UI/UX, and development are efficient and consistent
• Design with CMS constraints and capabilities in mind, partnering closely with developers to ensure feasible, production-ready solutions
• Support page building and content layout within CMS platforms, with a strong preference for Drupal 11 experience
• Apply HTML/CSS literacy to inform layout decisions, component behavior, and handoff clarity
• Participate in design reviews, feedback loops, and iteration cycles
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
• Apply and evolve design system standards within day-to-day execution
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and performance considerations are embedded in design solutions
