Project Manager

• Provide hands-on support for business tools.
• Serve as a point of contact for troubleshooting and stakeholder support.
• Assist in the preparation and formulation of new contract terms.

• Lead and coordinate multiple projects related to contract management.
• Track progress, document, manage risks, and collaborate with teams.
• Support the evolution and testing of contract assembly tools.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of onboarding processes.

Account Manager

• Act as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities across a broad range of IT services, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies.
• Clearly articulate the value of Microsoft solutions—including Azure cloud migration, Modern Workplace (M365), Security services, and Data & AI—and align them with client business objectives.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans and sales strategies to maximize revenue and expand market share within existing accounts.
• Partner with Solution Architects, Delivery Teams, and Marketing to craft compelling proposals, accurately scope projects, and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, manage pipeline activity, and update account records using the company’s CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
• Lead contract negotiations and successfully close complex service agreements.
