About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Reviewing and address questions from external and internal contacts.
Assist in supporting provisioning requests and testing as needed for pilot projects while assisting in monitoring compliance and data integrity.
Strong attention to detail in tracking budgets and spend, logging all interactions and completing processes using the clients tools.
Communicate with stakeholders and cross-organizational teams.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 years of experience as a project coordinator, specialist, or related position
Previous experience working at Microsoft required – preferably 3 to 5 years
Previous experience with communicating with all levels of stakeholders, clients, and team members.
Proficient in MS Office
Fluent in English both written and verbal is required
Familiar with designing/managing process flows
Adept at building process documentation
Occasional infrequent in person activity may be required
