About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build Portable AI “Agent Skills” across popular AI platforms.
Assist in implementing and testing agentic workflows and advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns, including Graph RAG and Agentic RAG.
Contribute to the core platform architecture and API development utilizing .NET 10 and microservices.
Support the integration of distributed tracing and monitoring across the platform using OpenTelemetry.
Work alongside a hybrid onshore/offshore engineering team to execute technical designs and meet critical release milestones.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Pursuing a BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Solid programming foundation with experience in backend development, specifically C# and .NET.
Strong interest in generative AI, LLMs, and modern system architecture.
Familiarity with any of the following is a strong plus: Microsoft Agent Framework, Dapr, OpenTelemetry, or AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor).
