Oversee monetization strategy for Better Collective's Futbol Sites brands including Bolavip, La Página Millonaria, Juanfutbol, and Redgol
Define and execute the regional sales strategy in LATAM aligned with global business objectives
Lead, coach, and grow a team of sales managers and executives to achieve revenue targets
Serve as head of sales at regional level providing strategic direction across LATAM markets
Develop and strengthen relationships and strategic partnerships with publishers, media agencies, and top-tier advertisers
Identify and capitalize on emerging business opportunities and strategic alliances within the publishing ecosystem
Collaborate with global executive teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance) to ensure alignment and scalability
Represent the company at industry events and executive forums across LATAM
Provide senior leadership with market insights, revenue forecasting, and regional performance reports
Leverage network of agencies and brands to showcase the sports media portfolio and drive sustainable revenue growth
Requirements
10+ years of proven executive leadership experience in sales, business development, or revenue leadership roles within the publishing, media, AdTech, or digital advertising industry
Deep knowledge of the LATAM media landscape with a strong network across publishers, agencies, and direct advertisers
Background in Media Agencies or Publishers is a strong plus
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build and lead diverse, high-performing teams across multiple countries
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and executive relationship management skills
Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong plus
Willingness to travel extensively across LATAM and the US
