About the role

  • Oversee monetization strategy for Better Collective's Futbol Sites brands including Bolavip, La Página Millonaria, Juanfutbol, and Redgol
  • Define and execute the regional sales strategy in LATAM aligned with global business objectives
  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of sales managers and executives to achieve revenue targets
  • Serve as head of sales at regional level providing strategic direction across LATAM markets
  • Develop and strengthen relationships and strategic partnerships with publishers, media agencies, and top-tier advertisers
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging business opportunities and strategic alliances within the publishing ecosystem
  • Collaborate with global executive teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance) to ensure alignment and scalability
  • Represent the company at industry events and executive forums across LATAM
  • Provide senior leadership with market insights, revenue forecasting, and regional performance reports
  • Leverage network of agencies and brands to showcase the sports media portfolio and drive sustainable revenue growth

Requirements

  • 10+ years of proven executive leadership experience in sales, business development, or revenue leadership roles within the publishing, media, AdTech, or digital advertising industry
  • Deep knowledge of the LATAM media landscape with a strong network across publishers, agencies, and direct advertisers
  • Background in Media Agencies or Publishers is a strong plus
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build and lead diverse, high-performing teams across multiple countries
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and executive relationship management skills
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong plus
  • Willingness to travel extensively across LATAM and the US
