About the role

  • Drive Deel's growth through outbound prospecting in the LATAM market to generate sales leads
  • Learn from sales team and help build Sales Playbook and Tech Stack
  • Educate and develop leads via inbound/outbound prospecting: calls, emails, events, webinars, campaigns
  • Identify and understand lead generation processes, support marketing activities and handoff to Account Executives
  • Generate email sequences and make cold calls to map and penetrate accounts
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set
  • Keep meticulous CRM records of interactions with leads
  • Attend local events in your city to generate opportunities and represent Deel

Requirements

  • Based anywhere in LATAM
  • Fluent in English & Spanish (part of interview in English)
  • At least 3 months outbound SDR experience or similar
  • Cold calling experience (minimum of 20 calls per day or 100 per week)
  • Entrepreneurial spirit / strong growth mindset
  • Ability to write effective email copy and sequence campaigns
  • Adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced, dynamic, customer-facing environment
  • Active relationship builder; able to collaborate with internal and external teams to improve processes and workflows
