About the role

  • Play a crucial role breaking into new enterprise accounts and fostering relationships across levels
  • Collaborate with broader sales team and learn from seasoned sellers to build Sales Playbook and Tech Stack
  • Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and leads and qualify them by understanding onboarding approach
  • Drive growth through inbound and outbound prospecting, generating leads that convert into opportunities and closed business
  • Educate and develop leads via phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and campaigns
  • Identify and document lead generation processes, support marketing activities, manage prospect touch-points, and hand off to Account Executive
  • Generate email sequences and make cold calls to map and penetrate accounts
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn
  • Ability to work autonomously and self source solutions
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus
  • You are smart and work hard
  • Entrepreneurial spirit/experience with a strong growth mindset
  • Ability to write effective email copy and sequence campaigns
  • Adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
  • Active relationship builder who can collaborate to improve processes and workflows
  • Experience in HR or Fintech company preferred
  • Experience at a fast-growing startup preferred
  • Previous successful work in a remote & distributed team preferred
  • Native/fluent in English + Arabic
