About the role
- Break into new accounts and foster relationships with multiple contacts across target customer segments
- Collaborate with the broader sales team and learn from seasoned salespeople
- Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and leads
- Qualify leads by understanding their approach to onboarding and hand off to Account Executives
- Drive Deel's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts to generate sales leads
- Educate and develop leads via phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and assorted campaigns
- Identify and document lead generation processes, supporting marketing activities and prospect touch-points
- Generate email sequences and make cold calls to map and penetrate accounts
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn
- Ability to work autonomously and self source solutions
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role
- Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus
- Entrepreneurial spirit and strong growth mindset
- Ability to write email copy and sequence campaigns that convert
- Adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
- Active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams
- Experience working for an HR or Fintech company preferred
- Experience at a fast-growing startup preferred
- Previous successful experience in a remote & distributed team preferred
- Native/fluent in English + Arabic
