• Assignments may include stormwater planning and hydrologic runoff analysis, including hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, open channel and pipe flow design, and water control and stormwater treatment structure design.
• Field assignments may include construction observation, surveying, collecting hydrologic or water-quality measurements, and materials testing.
• Complete plans and specifications, work with permitting agencies and public officials, GIS and CADD work, report writing, and spreadsheet development.
• The work may involve short-term, out-of-town assignments.

Water Resources Engineer – Entry Level

Analyst

• Barr is seeking a full-time architectural historian to join and cultivate our growing cultural resource management practice.
• Oversee architectural history-related projects from inception to completion, including budget and task management.
• complete thorough background research and prepare historic contexts as necessary for both the Midwest and Four Corners regions.
• conduct and support built environment field studies.
• utilize data from field studies to inventory and perform contextual analysis of aboveground resources.
• prepare recommendations of eligibility and reports in alignment with National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) standards.
• assist with permit applications and other technical writing, such as NEPA documentation.
• support the growth and development of team members.
