• Handle multiple food label and packaging projects simultaneously
• Develop, review, and approve product labels, packaging artwork, and related materials for compliance with FDA, USDA, and other regulations
• Proof packaging artwork for accuracy at each stage of design and production
• Verify ingredient statements, allergen declarations, and nutrition facts panels
• Update nutritional database and ingredient specifications using Genesis R&D software
• Conduct finished product packaging audits against specifications
• Clarify revisions with suppliers and ensure timely follow-up
• Maintain workflow/project management systems for reviews and approvals
• Monitor and interpret current U.S. food labeling and regulatory requirements
