Producer

• Plan, coordinate, and execute daily production activities across multiple production lines, including sequencing work orders and adjusting schedules
• Enter, maintain, and update work orders within the production scheduling system while preparing and communicating production schedules
• Oversee production startup activities and monitor line performance throughout the shift, making real-time adjustments as needed

• Develop strategic and tactical plans that meet product sales and profit objectives
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities within each sales region for assigned products
• Support the selling effort by providing product expertise on assigned products at sales calls, trade shows, training sessions and product demonstrations
• Visit customers/distributors/brokers to support the sales effort
• Collaborate with the marketing department in the development of point of sale (pos), presentation and sales material for the assigned products

• Managing the daily operations of a replenishment team focused on a specific category
• Driving the team's success in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics
• Ensure planning parameters, lead times, safety stock, and MOQs are maintained
• Reconcile supplier shipment & invoice variances
• Act as the primary escalation point for the team
• Lead initiatives to identify process improvements
• Prepare and present regular performance reports
• Review inventory to minimize excess, aging, expired or dead stock

Supply Chain Team Lead

• Data review of rates received from Ocean partners
• Run optimization scenarios for determining routing guides (i.e. determining primary and secondary carriers for multiple lanes)
• Update Infor Nexus system with new carrier contracts
• Create cost analysis of alternate port scenarios by customer
• Determine optimum handling of import containers by port
• Support Ocean Procurement by registering rates for each carrier in Infor Nexus
• Conduct cost average studies for multiple container carriers and freight forwarders where we have a mix of rates serving one volume lane
• Find demurrage paid by carrier/by port and organize requests for refunds
• Interact as necessary with other departments (Transportation, Warehouse Ops, Finance, Product Management) to provide information relevant to their respective areas
• Lead or participate on project teams as required
• Perform root cause analysis in developing corrective action plans
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities
• Other duties assigned as needed
