Logistics Warehouse Analyst

Supply Chain

Logistics Coordinator

Sales

• Develop and execute the retail perimeter sales strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, distribution, and market share goals
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing approximately 20-person retail sales organization, including regional leaders, sales managers, and broker partners
• Build and strengthen executive-level relationships with national and regional grocery, specialty, and independent retail accounts, including deli, bakery, cheese, prepared foods, and specialty category decision-makers

Area Sales Manager

• Serve as the strategic lead for customer bids
• Manage key customer-facing operations across retail markets

Customer Excellence Analyst

• Responsible for the accurate entry, proofing and maintenance of all purchase order shipment confirmations (cargo record entry) prior to handoff to the import clearance team
• Receive, organize, and manage purchase order packing lists and COAs on company shared digital folders for easy access and reference
• Enforce supplier compliance to provide ISF information, packing list and commercial invoice 72 hours prior to shipment departure for purchases from foreign suppliers (24 hours for domestic suppliers to provide packing list)
• Responsible for the entry, proofing, and maintenance of all production and best before dates cargo and lot records
• Monitor open PO/shipping instructions to identify any that are late and escalate as needed with the supplier and buyer
• Coordinate with logistics for any transportation related challenges
• Assist in the review and approval of supplier invoices
• Manage exception reports associated with inventory (inventory aging, expiring lots, allocation holds etc) for distribution amongst the buyers
• Provide Customer Service and Sales teams COAs and other supplier certificates as needed

Supply Chain Coordinator

General

• Establish and maintain customer contracts
• Serve as the primary contact for customer communication and documentation
• Manage weekly position reports and provide updates to the Sales team
• Compare forecasts to actual usage and support planning using monthly averages
• Recommend purchases based on market conditions and customer requirements
• Handle costing requests and distribute results to the appropriate teams

Producer

• Plan, coordinate, and execute daily production activities across multiple production lines, including sequencing work orders and adjusting schedules
• Enter, maintain, and update work orders within the production scheduling system while preparing and communicating production schedules
• Oversee production startup activities and monitor line performance throughout the shift, making real-time adjustments as needed
• Maintain open communication with Customer Service and Quality Control to ensure all changes to work orders, specifications, and production requirements are accurately implemented
• Oversee the production, packaging, and shipment of product samples in accordance with customer specifications and company standards
• Create and manage back orders while supporting inventory accuracy
• Partner with Human Resources to support staffing initiatives by reviewing and adjusting daily labor allocation
• Ensure accurate and compliant employee timekeeping, attendance tracking, and payroll support
