About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Main point of contact for warehouse
- Communicate with internal and external parties through phone and email
- Review, verify, and enter warehouse receiving data from EDI and manual reports
- Maintain data accuracy, case counts, and documentation according to SOPs
- Process bills of lading for accurate billing and lot control/inventory control
- Coordinate warehouse transfers
- Manage documentation and system accuracy for lot transformation, warehouse special projects, repack, labeling, product inspection
- Investigate inventory discrepancies while developing and instituting corrective actions with Finance department
- Ensure inventory accuracy by researching inventory discrepancies
- Improve, automate and simplify warehouse procedures to enhance inventory accuracy and support operational growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 - 7 years in logistics, warehouse customer service, order processing, inventory control, and/or supply chain operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel skills (lookups, data cleaning)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize (and reprioritize when necessary) tasks to ensure timely completion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Bachelor's degree preferred
