About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned warehouses
  • Communicate with warehouses, carriers, customers, and internal teams through phone and email
  • Monitor and enter warehouse receiving data from EDI and manual reports
  • Record lot numbers, inventory transactions, and product information in accordance with company procedures
  • Arrange outbound shipment releases and coordinate warehouse transfers
  • Process bills of lading and related documents to support accurate inventory and billing records
  • Maintain accurate warehouse records, documentation, and system information
  • Research and resolve routine inventory and shipment issues
  • Escalate service, inventory, or operational concerns when needed
  • Prioritize daily workload and complete tasks in accordance with company procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 0 - 3 years in international logistics, warehouse customer service and/or order processing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Basic Excel skills
  • Ability to prioritize (and reprioritize when necessary) tasks to ensure timely completion
  • Robust problem-solving skills are a must
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency in his or her work
  • Ability to work independently, yet also be a team player
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
