Account Executive

• Responsible for building business relationships with new perspective clients as well as current customers and creating new revenue opportunities for the company’s platform of Human Capital Management solutions.
• Identify and develop new prospects within defined territory through self-generation, heavy networking, and business development sales activities.

HCM Sales Executive

Accounting Manager

• Works with the Controller to drive the month-end closing process, financial statement review, monthly account analysis, account reconciliations, and SEC reporting.
• Preparation and filing of all external financial reporting documents, related SEC filings, and accounting for all equity-based transactions.
• Assists in managing the month-end close processes and the close schedule.
• Manage internal controls and policies in compliance with SOX.
• Prepare and/or review journal entries and accounting schedules.
• Interact with external auditors to ensure that support and explanations for all requests are provided in a timely manner.
• Prepare periodic reports, including Form 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements, annual report, and all other SEC filing documents in compliance with all SEC and US GAAP disclosure requirements.
• Ensure financial statements are prepared in accordance with US GAAP and SEC regulations, including newly issued accounting pronouncements.
• Prepare and maintain support for all areas of external reporting process, such as EPS calculations, stock-based compensation expense, Consolidated Balance Sheet, Consolidated Income Statement, Statement of Cash Flows, Statement of Stockholders Equity and Form 10-K and 10-Q support binders.

Communications

• The Senior Manager - Brand Communications is Asure's brand steward, storyteller, and communications strategist — reporting directly to the CMO.
• Own and evolve Asure’s brand identity, voice, messaging framework, and visual standards.
• Build and maintain an AI-native Brand Operating System — structured prompt libraries, brand guidelines in AI-readable formats (JSON and markdown), messaging frameworks, and shared assets that scale brand consistency across the organization without relying on static documents.
• Manage and develop a Content Manager responsible for long-form content (blogs, ebooks), SEO/AEO web copy, and campaign copywriting support.
• Write and edit high-impact content yourself — from executive messaging and brand narratives to campaign headlines and keynote language.
• Own Asure’s brand social media presence across all major platforms — Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
• Build and execute programs to drive positive reviews from customers and employees, and respond to existing reviews with speed and professionalism.
• Own Asure’s external communications strategy, including press releases, media pitching, and journalist relationships.

• The Payroll Implementation Specialist manages the setup and deployment of payroll solutions within our HRIS platform, partnering with clients to gather requirements, configure payroll, validate data, and support testing and go-live to ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing.
• Follow corporate or departmental policies, procedures, and service standards in conjunction with management.
• Provide a complete and successful implementation for your clients, while being a subject matter expert with our software.
• Assists in conducting group presentations, training sessions and provides instruction on how to maneuver and maintain Asure Software.
• Confer with customers by telephone or video calls and email to provide information about products and services.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding system access or system questions to resolve problems.
• Ask questions in accordance with instructions to obtain various specified information, such as client’s primary and HR contact, employee headcount and work locations.
